This build combines elements of the other builds (best elemental resistance of endgame items be they artifacts or transmuted, transmuting crafting items and perfect potions, and frequent mana regeneration) but the main focus is gaining XP as quickly as possible while hunting down required artifacts like 6 assassin rings. Heavy use of pixie pants, dragon's blessing ring, and monster soul items is required, as long as the average XP boost is roughly +100% or more.

Pros: Still impervious to last 20 floors of enemies with the right item swaps. Best way to gain XP before starting NG+ if you are still missing key artifacts.

Cons: tedious item swaps, must have a lot of hotkey slots taken by required items, don't forget to transmute half of every best item and potion you can (half crafting items since you need a transmuted and non-transmuted item to make a perfect potion)

Tank[]

Focuses on defense. Good, strong build for beginners. Combined with health regeneration, the tank will be unstoppable on the first 30 levels. Eventually, it helps to combine this with the alchemist build so that it is possible to be invincible on the last 20 floors, only needed to swap one item to withstand tortured spirits.

Pros: Straightforward to play.

Cons: Long lasting battles, since the tanks offensive is weak.

Mage[]

Focuses on magic. For advanced players only.

Pros: Can address each foes elemental weakness. More efficient heal spell.

Cons: Heavily dependent on mana (regeneration)

Note: If you are playing the hacked version and using the mana cheat, you've basically just won the game

Alchemist[]

The Alchemist focuses on the brewing and use of potions. Weak in early game, strong in later game, since the quality and duration of potions increase gradually, up to 13 battles per potion. Combined with Tank build and collecting some final artifacts, it is possible to be completely impervious to enemies on the last 20 floors with just one item swap regularly needed to resist tortured spirits.

Pros: Can address each foes elemental weakness and can counter their elemental attacks as well as enhance bonuses when enchanting items.

Cons: Dependent on brewing ingredients, For late game efficiency, need mana regeneration to transmute high-quality ingredients and potions to use in future runs and NG+.

Hungry Student[]
